Alcoholism – Psychological Effects of Parental Addiction on Children

What is addiction? Addiction is the result of abuse. In addition, abuse is the imbalance of how you live. Too much of anything creates an imbalance.

We are all addicts of some sort, with some addictions being more sociably acceptable than others.

Part of the problem lies within the derogatory attitude people have towards the sociably unacceptable addicts. They are labelled and pushed aside, or shoved into rehab centres.
Whether rehab treatment is successful or not is questionable.
Even though individual rehabs stats show that the success rate is high; this is not accurate at all.

The problem in getting accurate stats lies with the following fact:

o People leave a rehab, have a relapse, and then very seldom go back to the same rehab. They make use of another rehab, leaving the first rehab declaring false statistics, showing close to 100% success rate.

I base all my findings on my personal experience and that of my research of six months at S.A.N.C.A. Florida, South Africa. I do not believe that you can guide people to their own truth if you have not experienced this yourself.

Then there is the false notion that the counsellors, social workers or therapists are doing an excellent job with the rehabilitation program. Most in-patients at rehabs do not have the slightest notion as to why they even started using drugs, alcohol, or both.

So, herein then the answer to what addiction is and where it comes from:

As I have already stated; addiction is only an imbalance of a person’s lifestyle.

I come from an abusive childhood, where my father was drinking too much, by far, and as a result, physically abused my mother, my younger brother, and myself to such an extent that we hid and slept in other peoples’ gardens many a night, for fear that my father would shoot us with my eldest brother’s army rifle.

We always had domestic violence of some degree, for as long as I can remember. To the extend t that we were labelled by the neighbours. Friday nights came and we knew the neighbours would call the police to come to our rescue. My sisters were thrown out of the glass doors many times. The example I received of how a father and husband should behave was not the ideal one, yet the only one. I was not exposed to other families and how other fathers and husbands treated their families, because we were labelled, and kids did not invite us to their homes, out of fear.

As an adult, I lived the example I got from my father and saw nothing wrong with my behaviour at first. I am a good person of soft nature and mean nobody any harm. This is similar to wife beaters. At first, a man will just push his wife, then slap her, then with a closed hand and maybe draw blood, and so it becomes progressively worse.

When we get to the stage when we realise that there is a problem, we blame the drugs or situation not the cause. The escapes become progressively worse and so does the method. This is the reason why so many people go back to rehabilitation centres, repeatedly.

In my experience, the incorrect approach (or rather an incomplete approach) is used to find out why this person repeats the pattern of abuse. They are not guided to find their lost tools they need to find out what it is they truly want. They are to find that spark again. “Show me what makes a man come alive and you will know the man”.

Because “we” society, and the therapists tell them that every day is a struggle and they are recovering addicts, they believe this because we are the experts on the topic. The reasons for abuse need to be addressed before any other therapy can take place. The person needs to find a way to look inside and guided to his/her own truth, as to what the root cause for this abuse is.

When a person abuses a substance he does it to get, the feeling of what he perceives how life ought to be. The substance gives the artificial vibe or feeling that is so desperately desired. The high or space you reached with the substance simulates the natural state of oneness with your creator, universe or god, in a space of nothingness, where we all originate from.

Thus, the continued use becomes (ab-use). This becomes repetitive and labelled ‘habitual personality.’ My observation has shown that highly spiritual beings are more likely to be abusers, such as painters, musicians, poets and actors.

The abusers and addicts are told by us society, that “addiction is hereditary”, and that it is a disease for which there is no outcome. Yes – addiction is hereditary, but it is hereditary through cellular memory, and not in terms of disease. The word disease (dis-ease) translates; ‘discomfort’. It is not a virus that is inhaled and which is not curable as is the popular belief. The person chooses the disease and not the disease the person. Therefore; the person can choose again, and he can choose differently. Society regards addicts as doomed for life to battle this ‘thing.’ Moreover, they give this doomed thing a name, with the name being YOU!

Addicts are convinced they will never recover, never be cured. Look at the word again: con-vinced. I say it is all a con!

Shouldn’t any person be better off after kicking a bad habit? You were just fine before you did all this non-sense. The belief is that an addict will never have a normal life and. This is taken as the truth.

Thank God, beliefs can change! In religion, this happens every day; we marry people from different religious belief groups. In order to do so we adopt another belief to get married.

A person’s brain can be retrained. People with brain injury are proving it. They get progressively better and not worse. This has been proven.

I invite you to come and join me on a one-day workshop where you will have the opportunity to discover why you do what you do, and how to de-cellular learn this behaviour.

Through playing games, music, and meditation, I have come to a self-help tool that lasts. Allow me to show you that you can burn that bridge called ‘addiction and abuse.’ This is cellular learning, and that makes for a workable society that flourishes in potential.

In House or Outsourced Medical Billing – Which Model Is Right For Your Practice?

The decision to change an existing medical billing model should not be taken lightly. Even the best case scenario involving a change to/from an in-house or outsourced medical billing model will involve some degree of short term cash flow disruption and we won’t even bring up the worse case scenario.

A health care provider’s first step is to determine whether or not his/her current medical billing model is achieving the desired financial result. Although financial analysis is beyond the scope of this discussion, the provider, accountant or other financial professional must be able to compare actual financial data to revenue and operating budgets. Assuming the integrity of the practice’s financial data is intact though accurate and timely data entry, the provider’s medical billing software should possess the capability of generating actionable management reports.

In the end, basic financial analysis will shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of the provider’s medical billing model. Some things to consider when evaluating a medical billing model: the inherent strengths and weaknesses of in house and outsourced medical billing models; the provider’s practice management experience & management style; the local labor pool; and medical billing related operating costs.

In House versus Outsourced Models

No medical billing model is without unique advantages and pitfalls. Consider the in house medical billing model. Approximately one third of independent health care practices utilizing an in house medical billing model experience cash flow issues ranging from periodic to persistent. The degree of action required by a provider to resolve his/her cash flow issues may range from a simple adjustment (adding staffing hours) to a complete overhaul (replacing staff or switching to an outsourced medical billing model).

The provider with an under performing in house medical billing model has a clear advantage over the provider with an under performing outsourced (also known as third party) medical billing model: proximity. An in house medical billing model is within walking distance. A provider has the opportunity to observe, assess and address – observe the process, assess the system’s strengths and weaknesses and address issues before they become full blown problems.

Consider the provider with an outsourced medical billing model. The relatively low entry barriers of the third party medical billing industry have led to a proliferation of medical billing services scattered throughout the United States. Chances are the provider’s medical billing service is located in another geographic area making first hand observations and assessments impossible.

The role of management reporting in a third party medical billing model is critical. A provider must regularly review charge entry, posting, write offs and account receivable balances to insure his/her cash flow is properly managed. A report as basic as 30, 60, 90 days in receivables will quickly give a provider a good idea of how well their medical billing and account receivable processes are being managed by a third party medical billing service.

A common mistake for many providers with an outsourced medical billing model is to gauge the effectiveness of the process in the very short term, i.e. week to week or month to month. Providers maintain a vague and informal sense of their cash flow position by keeping mental tabs on the checks they received this week versus the prior week or if they deposited as much money this month as last month. Unfortunately by the time a weakened cash flow gets the provider’s attention a much larger problem may be looming.

What causes a slow down in cash flow in the outsourced medical billing model? The most commonly cited scenario is lack of follow up on the part of the medical billing service. Why? Like any other business, medical billing companies are concerned first and foremost with their own cash flow.

How Some Life Insurance Policies Fail and Leave Grieving Families to Struggle Financially

Many people own life insurance, but let’s face it. It’s probably not a purchase that most people brag about to their friends like they might if they had just purchased a new Corvette, but they made the purchase anyway because they love their families and want their family to carry on living their current lifestyle in the event of the primary breadwinner’s untimely death. While this article doesn’t apply to people who own term insurance, those who bought permanent life insurance, which is life insurance with an additional savings component, will find this information very important.

To understand the problem, I will first give you a brief primer on life insurance, and then explain how something that seems like a sure bet can go so wrong. Life insurance can be separated in to two basic types, term and permanent life insurance. With term insurance a person pays a certain amount of money, called a premium, for a period of time, from one year up to 30 years. During the specified period of time, as long as the insured person is paying the premium, the insurance company is obligated to pay a certain amount of money, called a death benefit, to the insured person’s beneficiary in the event the insured person dies during that time period. If the person does not die in that time period the insurance company keeps the money as well as the earnings on that money. While there are different types of term insurance nowadays, including “return of premium” term which returns the insureds premium dollars at the end of the term(but not the earnings on the money), the general jist of term insurance is that a person is covered during a certain period of time. If they want coverage beyond that time period they have to buy another policy. Term insurance is really not the focus of this article so if that’s what you have you can stop reading now if you wish, and rest assured that as long as you pay the premium, and the insurance company remains financially solvent, your family will be paid in the event of your untimely death.

The other type insurance is called permanent insurance. Permanent insurance is insurance that has a death benefit to it, similar to term, but also contains a savings “sidecar”, this gives the policy a value called cash value. The premiums are paid on the policy, a portion is pulled to pay for the insurance and the remainder goes into the savings sidecar. There are three primary types of permanent insurance that vary depending on what is done with the savings component. The first type of permanent insurance is Whole Life Insurance. The savings component of Whole Life Insurance is invested in the general fund of the insurance company where it earns interest. The amount of interest apportioned to a particular individual is depended on how much of the money in the general fund belongs to that individual. Some policies if they are are “participating” policies also earn dividends. Generally speaking whole life policies are not a lapse danger as the amounts that it earns are guaranteed by the insurance company. As long as the insurance company remains solvent it will pay out a death benefit. The only problems a person who owns a Whole Life policy typically runs into is overpaying for insurance, and the death benefit not keeping pace with inflation.

The second type of permanent insurance is called Universal Life Insurance. With Universal Life Insurance the savings sidecar is a separate account, as opposed to Whole Life where the savings sidecar is invested into the general fund of the insurance company. Universal Life Insurance’s main advantage is it’s flexibility. For example, if you are a landscaper in the northeastern part of the country and basically have your winter months off, you could buy a Universal Life policy, fund it heavily during the spring, summer, and fall when you’re raking in the big bucks, and then not pay anything during the winter months. As long as there is a certain amount of money in the savings sidecar (based on insurance company formulas), nothing needs to be done. Also, if you need additional insurance because you just had a child, you don’t need to buy another policy. As long as you are insurable you can increase the death benefit on your current Universal Life Insurance policy and pay the extra premium. The money in the savings sidecar of a Universal Life Insurance policy is typically invested in ten year bonds. The Universal Life policy has a guaranteed interest rate to it, as well as a current rate. The money in the sidecar typically earns the slightly higher current rate, but the policy owner is only guranateed the guaranteed amount. Keep this last thought in your mind because after I describe Variable Insurance in the next paragraph, I’m going to tie these two together in the following paragraph and that final concept is the thing that’s going wrong

The final type of permanent life insurance is Variable Life Insurance. It can be either straight Variable Life Insurance, or Variable Universal Life Insurance, which combines the versatility of Universal with Variable Life Insurance. Variable Insurance came about due to the awesome bull market in stocks that ran basically uninterrupted from 1982 through 2000. People wanted to invest as much as possible in the stock market and the thought of investing money in an insurance policy that invested in lower yielding bonds was quite distasteful to many. So the Variable Insurance Policy was built. With Variable Life the savings sidecar can be invested in insurance “sub-accounts” which are basically mutual funds within a Variable Life, or Variable Annuity. In fact, many sub-accounts exactly mirror a particular mutual fund, some mutual fund managers manage both their respective fund as well as its sub-account “sister.” So with the Variable Life policy buying insurance no longer meant leaving the high flying stock market, you could have the best of both worlds by protecting your family AND investing in the stock market. As long as the savings in the sidecar was at an adequate level things were fine. Again, remember this last line because I’m about to show you how the whole thing goes to pot.

In the heyday of Universal Life Insurance and Variable Life Insurance interest rates were high and so was the stock market, and the insurance industry had two products that were custom designed to take advantage of the times. The problem came about when the agents designing these policies for the public assumed that the high interest rates and high flying stock market would never end. You see, whenever these products are sold, several assumptions have to be made outside of the guaranteed aspect of the policies which is typically about 3-5%, depending on the insurance company. The current values are paid out based on the prevailing rates or returns of the time, and that’s exactly how the policies were designed. I can still remember when I began in the insurance industry back in 1994, when the experienced agents in my office were were writing Universal Life with a hypothetical 10-15% interest rate. Variable Universal would be written anywhere between 10-20%. Happy days were here to stay. Or were they? Unfortunately, those interest rates started heading south about the mid-1990s, and as we all know, except for a couple of years, the stock market didn’t do so swell after the 2000 tech bubble, maybe two or three “up” years out of eight and possibly nine. This is a real problem because many families’ futures were riding on the assumptions that were made in these policies. Many policyowners were told to pay during their working years and then to quit when they retired and the policy would be fine, the returns earned on the savings sidecar would keep the policy in force. There are countless Universal and Variable Life policies in bank and corporate trust accounts, as well as in dresser drawers and fire proof safes that were bought and assumed that as long as the premiums were paid, things were good to go. Many of these policies are sick or dying as we speak. Some people, or trustees will get a notice letting them know that they need to add more money or the policy will lapse, of course by this time “red line” has already been reached. The people who get this notice may even ignore it because hey, the agent said that all would be well, “pay for 20 years and the family will be taken care of when I meet my maker.” So the policy will lapse and nobody will know it till it comes time for the family to collect their money, only to find out that they will meet the same fate as Old Mother Hubbard’s Dog. If anybody reading this can picture the litigation attorneys licking their chops, waiting to let insurance agents and trustees have it with both barrels for negligence, don’t worry that onslaught has already begun. But if you have one of these policies, don’t count on the 50/50 prospect of winning a court case, do something about it!

One of the first things I do when I get a new client that has an existing permanent life insurance policy is do an “audit” of that policy. Just like the IRS does an audit to find out where the money went, I do an audit to find out where the premiums went. The way this is done is by ordering what is called an “In Force Ledger” on the policy from the insurance company. The In Force Ledger will show the status of the policy now under current conditions, as well as several other scenarios paying more or less money. It will also show if the policy is lapsed or will lapse in the future. By doing this audit the policyholder may get something that they didn’t have before, OPTIONS!

For example, take a 50 year old policyowner, who is also the insured on the policy, and the In Force Ledger showed that the policy, under current condtions is going to lapse when the policyowner is 63 assuming premium payments were going to be kept the same, and stock market conditions were going to stay the same (this was in early 2007 and this policy was a Variable Universal Life, it probably would not have lasted till 63, given what has happened in the stock market.) Since the policyowner is the family breadwinner, they have a 16 year old daughter, and their savings could not sustain the wife and daughter in the event of an early death of the breadwinner, whether or not to keep the life insurance is not even a question, life insurance is absolutely needed in this case. Now the next question is, does he keep on paying on a policy that is going to lapse or write a new one? For that I go to some business associates at an insurance brokerage I work with, and find out how we can get a new policy without a huge increase in premium, in some cases the it is possible to get an increase in death benefit and a decrease in premium. How can this be done since the policyholder is older than when the policy is written? Easy. With the advances in medicine between 1980 and 2000 (the years the mortality tables used were written), people are living longer, conditions that used to cause death such as cancer, people are surviving and even live normal lives after the cancer is eliminated. It used to be you either smoked or you didn’t. Now allowances are made for heavy smokers, social smokers, snuff users, cigar smokers etc. One company will even allow mild cannabis use. So in some cases your policy may not be lapsing, but a person may be overpaying even though they are older. Maybe they smoked socially then, but quit 5 years ago, but their policy still has them listed as a smoker paying the same premium as someone that smoked like a chimney. What happens if the solution that makes the most sense is a new policy? We do what is called a 1035 Exchange into a new policy, that allows the cash value of the current policy to be transferred to the new one without being taxed. What if the insured doesn’t want another life insurance policy but wants to get out of the one they are currently in and not pay taxes? Then we do a 1035 Exchange to an annuity, either variable or fixed. I’m currently using a no-load annuity that works great and the expenses are low. Is a 1035 Exchange right in every situation? Absolutely NOT! Many things must be explored before making the exchange, especially on a policy written before 1988 when the tax law on insurance policies changed for the worse, in the above example it proved to be the correct move, but in the end it’s up to the policyowner and family as to what direction to go.

Blogging 101 – What is a Blog and When Would I Ever Use One?

If you have recently searched the Internet to find information about any topic, no doubt you have run across blogs in your search results. The term “blog” is short for “web log” and it refers to an increasingly popular type of web site. However, blogs are different from traditional web sites in many ways.

Firstly, most blogs are not based on a hierarchical structure. Usually there is not a “home” page and you may not see navigation buttons. Instead, blog authors add content in an on-going manner – kind of like one might update a diary or journal – daily, weekly, monthly or periodically. You use various search features on the blog itself to find what you need.

Blogs also differ from standard web sites in that most of the time, you are invited to interact with the blog author and/or other visitors via a comment feature. In the case of popular or controversial blogs, a blog entry may trigger hundreds of comments.

Blog posts and comments can also be exported and republished using a technology called RSS – “real simple syndication.” You can import blog posts into your website using RSS, or you can add a blog’s RSS feed to your personalized home page – such as My Yahoo, My MSN or Personalized Google home page. RSS syndication means that you can subscribe to one or more bloggers, reading their posts without ever re-visiting the actual blog.

Search engines like Google and Yahoo tend to return blog posts in search results because blog entries are relevant, current and relatively new. There are also a number of blog specific search engines that have sprung up to service searchers who only want to search blogs. Google and Yahoo both have blog specific search engines and several other engines such as Technorati and Bloglines offer blog only searches.

As is the case with traditional web sites, the information contained in blog posts is not inherently accurate or reliable. You must consider who is writing the blog and his or her purpose for doing so. Blogs are very popular sources of political opinion, but they can also be used to present factual information as well. I am a lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia and I use my blogs to answer questions about possible cases, comment about new developments in the law and to answer frequently asked questions. Because my law blogs are so much easier to update and keep current, I suspect that I have published more content on my blogs than on my traditional web sites. Although I have not yet reached the point where I am prepared to close down my hierarchical web sites, I do know several lawyers whose blogs serve as their only presence on the web.

If you have not yet explored the “blogosphere,” I encourage you to take a look. In my view, blogs are the next logical step in the evolution of the web. And with blogs ideally suited to audio and video, I have no doubt that more and more of the information on the web will be presented in blog form.

Marrakech – A Brief Guide for Travellers

Just below the Atlas Mountains in the south-western region of Morocco – is the exotic metropolis known as Marrakech. With its bustling central square, winding souk markets, mosques and madrasas, this lively city will definitely whet any traveller’s appetite.

Marrakech, also known as the -Red City- due to its red sandstone buildings, is a combination of cultures with influences from Arab, Berber and French civilisations.

Like many other Moroccan cities, Marrakech is made up of 3 main areas: the Central Medina known as the Djemaa-el-Fna, Old City and the New City.

The Djemaa-el-Fna is the heart of the city. Here you’ll find snake charmers, monkey acts, and an array of musicians and other talents, as well as an assortment of fresh-juice vendors.

However, night-time is when this central square really comes alive, with a huge gathering of food stalls ranging from dry fruit and tagines to freshly cooked snails (a local delicacy).

The central square is surrounded by various restaurants, shops and hotels providing local cuisine, including mouth-watering tagines and fresh mint tea. Towards the back of the central square is a gate-way leading to the winding maze-like souk markets, catering both for tourists and the daily needs of the locals.

If you keep following the narrowing streets off the Medina you will find yourself further into the walled Old City of Marrakech, with its pinkish-orange walls, narrowing streets and alleys, and beautiful traditional riads.

There are a number of historical sites within walking distance from the Djemaa-el-Fna. These include the fabulous architecture of the Koutoubia Mosque and its grand minaret, as well as the Ben Youssef Madrasa. Other highlights include the El Badi Palace, Saadian tombs and the Menara Gardens.

Perpetual Coupons and How to Choose the Right Coupon Site for Your Business

Most business owners are always in search of some way to increase revenue and interest in their business offerings. Perpetual coupons are always a win with both existing and potential customers, so using it as part of your marketing strategy could really work in your favor over time.

What is a perpetual coupon?

A perpetual coupon is different to the traditional cut-out or paper coupon. These coupons are usually digital or online coupons, and these coupons expire the day of redemption but can be updated every day. Usually, a coupon would only be valid for a certain time period, but perpetual coupons offer discounts any time the business wants to.

These coupons would usually involve clicking a specific link to qualify, and you won’t even need a special code to insert in the purchase or payment page. These coupons can be used over and over, so if you want to draw customers back time and time again, a perpetual coupon may be the way to go.

Things to consider before choosing a perpetual coupon site

Membership fees

Most coupon sites require a fee or some form of revenue share from businesses that use their services. The trick to finding the best coupon site is to look for one that offers lower or discounted fees for the first few months. You should also try to avoid sites that ask for a cut of the purchase price, and rather than opt for sites that offer their services at a flat fee per month. This makes it easier to work out your expenses and you’ll get back more from your marketing efforts.

Coupon types

You should look at the types of coupons offered by the site before you sign up. There are a number of different coupon types including print coupons, daily deals, digital coupons, and perpetual coupons.

Coupons that can be printed out are usually saved for purchases at some point in future, so results may not be immediate. Daily deals often come at a cost to the consumer, because they have to pay a fee to receive the deal. It’s also a more costly option for you as a business owner because you have to pay a percentage of your sales to the coupon site. Digital coupons are a much more user-friendly option because these do not have to be printed out and can be redeemed immediately online or through the use of smart phones. Perpetual coupons are, of course, the most desired of all these different coupon types and will allow both new and existing clients to make the most of the savings on offer.

Check-in programs

A site that uses check-in programs rewards consumers for checking in using a number of different social sites. Google Places, Facebook Places, and Foursquare are just some of the sites a consumer can use to check in with once they visit your business. The visit itself may not result in a sale, but if consumers are offered an incentive to do this you’ll receive additional exposure and new customers can be enticed into visiting.

Fun With a Movie Catalog

Making a movie catalog can be big fun whether you have only a few DVDs or you have an entire wall full of movies. If it sounds complicated and like something you’d rather avoid, then you’re probably picturing lists, spreadsheets or databases that it takes time to format properly. Or you’re picturing hours and hours of typing all the information into those lists and spreadsheets. But with the right movie catalog software, you won’t have to format anything, and you’ll only have to type in a keyword to find your movie. Then with a click or two, your movie’s listed.

That’s much simpler than you imagined, isn’t it? Now imagine all the things you can do with the movie catalog you create thanks to this almost magical movie catalog software. If you don’t have many movies, you’re getting a head start with very little catch-up to do. Simply search on a keyword and the movie catalog software will present you with a list of possible movies. Choose yours, and the movie is listed in your movie catalog.

You’ll get much more than the title, though. Year of release, studio, category like horror or romance, lead actors and even detailed cast and crew listings will automatically be added, too. And a great fun addition that you won’t find in that generic ‘inventory’ software, you’ll get the DVD cover, too. If you love movie images, you can take screen captures from the DVD and add them to your movie catalog. You can even play the DVD right through the software, so if you’re browsing your catalog and decide you’d really like to see that great kissing scene, or that great car chase and explosion, go ahead and watch it without having to open your DVD player or move to another room with a TV.

And you’ll be able to sort your movies however you like. Choose custom labels, not the headings that some movie catalog software insist upon you using. Maybe you’re a horror buff who knows that feature creatures should not go into the same category as slasher films (blasphemy!), or you know that Bogart’s films really aren’t the same category as Chaplin’s, even though they’re all classics. Make your own labels for your movie catalog and sort them accordingly. You can be as detailed as you want with the right movie catalog software.

Choose movie catalog software that lets you list HD or Blu-Ray DVDs, television series with complete episode information, and that even allows special plug-ins to list things like adult movies (right along with the option to password protect your movie catalog) so you’ll have a complete movie catalog viewable at the touch of a button.

You can even export your movie catalog to HTML so you can put it online to compare with friends. And what’s more fun than to have a friend see that you don’t own a great movie, and give it to you as a gift? No wish list needed, just great movie catalog software!

MasterChef Recipes Make You A Five-Star Chef in Your Kitchen

Many cooking lovers dare not miss a single episode of their favorite reality cookery competition shows like “Top Chef”, “MasterChef” and “Iron Chef”. They want to watch these culinary experts closely as they churn out their signature dishes, before downloading the corresponding MasterChef recipes from the TV show’s website and try them out in their own kitchens.

Few, however, are successful in recreating the dishes in their homes. Most find themselves utterly perplexed that they could not get the dish right even if they faithfully followed the recipe.

Master Chefs explain that this problem is due to the fact that every cook perceives the flavors and aroma of food differently. A perfect dish for a chef may be too bland or too salty or spicy for the homemaker and diner. This is why restaurants – including 5-star establishments – always serve seasonings and other condiments on their tables. Also, every cook prefers to prepare their dishes in a certain way. While the ideal roast for chefs is one with the meat tender and juicy, some homemakers prefer their roasts to be well-done. Because of these two factors, Master Chefs recommend that the homemaker simply make the necessary adjustments to the MasterChef recipes in terms of the seasonings and herbs to be used and the method and duration of cooking.

Be the Master Chef of your own five-star kitchen by recreating or developing a delicious variation of the MasterChef recipes that we have for you below…
